A QHS&E (Quality, Occupational Health, Industrial Safety and Environmental Management) professional with experience working in a multinational environment and with extensive experience as an HSE Supervisor in Drilling and Steel Construction with a proven track record of working in the oil & gas industry.

In the UK he worked at Asco world and NSL facilities in Aberdeen and Peter Head. His career in Angola began in the Sonamet shipyards in 1999, at the time under the management of ETPM, where he held the position of Production Management Assistant, among others, later moving to Sonils Base, joining the CAMERON Team for the development of BP's PSVM project as HSSE Advisor. He worked as an HSSE Supervisor on the CLOV and DALIA project at TOTAL Energies and worked at Technip-Angoflex. In 2014 he moved to Senegal where he worked as Conocophilips HSSE Supervisor for Offshore activities.

He is a competent Evaluator and performance analyst for contractors, with the ability to implement and manage Processes and audits based on the normative requirements of ISO 9001; 14001 and OSHAS 18001, ISO 45001. Provider of Behavioral Based Safety Training and Mentoring experience. He also has a NEBOSH Credit Certificate, Graduated by NEBOSH and has competence in Development and Implementation of Process Control and operational excellence and experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for continuous improvement aligned with business objectives, working in accordance with international standards.
