What do we do?

We can provide a complete service with the highest level of safety, quality and schedule comply based on the very long experience in the fabrication and construction of complex facilities to the Oil & Gas Industry. These operations cover on a turn-key basis all operations from the conceptual engineering design including the transport and crane operations.

  • Establish high quality design equipment for each project;
  • Promoting and developing a topsides manufacturing, an integration and a transfer of knowledge about project management in the country;
  • Delivery of projects with company projects and their project delivery deadlines safely, within and with high quality.

CORE BUSINESS:

  • Topside/Module fabrication, hookup and integration onto FPSO;
  • Wellhead Platform (WHP) fabrication, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and load out onto Client’s vessel/barge;
  • Fabrication of Subsea Systems (Well Jumpers, Rigid Flowline Spool, Mudmats, Suction Piles, Buoys, etc.;
  • Project development, modification and offshore hookup for Oil & Gas Industry (Brownfield Project);
  • FPSO maintenance (onshore/offshore) services.

 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • Repair and maintenance in PAENAL Quayside of the Ships, Rigs, FPSO;
  • Vessel/Boat repair and maintenance in PAENAL yard by Lifting Method with lifting weight capacity of < 2500 ton;
  • Offshore manpower support (welders, fitters, fabricators, scaffolder, riggers & painters, etc.);
  • Fully certified ISPS port and in-house custom clearance, etc.

Topside/Modules fabrication, construction, pre-commissioning, hookup and integration onto FPSO

Wellhead Platform fabrication, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning & Load out and sea fastening onto barge or vessel.

Subsea Systems fabrication, assembly,test, Load-out and sea-fastening onto barge or vessel (Well Jumpers, Rigid Flowline Spool, Mudmats, Suction Piles, Buoys, etc.;

Fabrication and construction of heavy steel structures and large bore piping system.
