PAENAL – Porto Amboim Estaleiros Navais Limitada, was initially formed as a Joint Venture between SONANGOL and SBM Offshore in year 2007. Thereafter, in the year 2008, the JV was joined by DSME, South Korea with entity shares of SONANGOL (40%), SBMO (30%), DSME (30%).

We develop and manufacture topsides, carry out integration and transfer of knowledge on project management.
