Constructed to allow the continuation of off-loading of fluids by Sonangol Logística. The construction was divided in 3 phases:

• TMOT (Temporary MOT);
• PMOT (Permanent MOT); and
• CMOT (Complementary MOT).

First phase of construction started in October 2008.
