PAENAL – Porto Amboim Estaleiros Navais Limitada는 글로벌 지원을 위한 전문 노하우를 갖춘 복합 시설의 제작 및 건설에 전념하는 개발된 제작 야드입니다. 그러나 우리는 석유 및 가스(O&G) 산업을 위한 프로젝트를 수행하기 위해 통합되고 역동적인 서비스를 제공합니다. 2007년에 SONANGOL과 SBM Offshore의 합작 투자로 처음 설립되었습니다. 그 후 2008년에 JV는 SONANGOL(40%), SBMO(30%), 대우조선해양(30%)의 법인 지분으로 한국의 대우조선해양과 합류했습니다. %).
PAENAL 야드는 Porto Amboim 시에서 남쪽으로 4km 떨어져 있으며 Kwanza Sul Province의 수도인 Sumbe에서 차로 45분 거리에 있습니다. 우리 마당에는 270,000m2(27Ha)의 면적과 향후 보관을 위한 66,000m2(6.6Ha)의 추가 면적이 있습니다. 현재 PAENAL Yard는 336,000m2(33.6Ha)의 면적을 차지합니다. 현재 패날은 직원의 중요성과 고객만족의 중요성을 알고 있습니다. 이러한 이유로 우리는 석유 및 가스 산업의 안전 요구 사항에 맞추기 위해 인증을 권장하고 작업 규칙, 국제 작업 안전의 원칙 및 정책을 전달합니다.

• 해저 시스템 제작(유정 점퍼, 강성 흐름선 스풀, 머드매트, 흡입 파일, 부표 등;
• 석유 및 가스 산업을 위한 프로젝트 개발, 수정 및 해상 연결(Brownfield 프로젝트);
• FPSO 유지보수(육상/해상) 서비스.
• 선박, 리그, FPSO의PAENAL 부두에서 수리 및 유지 보수;
• 2500톤 미만의 인양 중량 용량을 가진 인양 방법에 의한 PAENAL 야드에서의 선박/보트 수리 및 유지보수;

Health, Safety, Quality and the Environment are considered as major aspects in PAENAL.
We challenge our self every day in order to ensure the protection of the health and safety of personnel, contractors and all other persons involved in PAENAL.
Conducting regular internal training courses and cooperation between all teams and Departments, are essential to ensure respect for all the principles we aim for. Our preventive attitude, assessing the risks of specific work functions and situations, allows us to offer on how to reduce these risks and how to better address any risk
situation.
Aiming at the high standard of international quality in our industry, as well as its recognition, requires us to develop quality products for our customers that corroborate with our certification. Through ABS Quality Evaluations, our customers will always count on the best quality from us.
Our main HSQE objectives are to regularly achieve a level of Zero Accidents among Paenal’s staff and Zero damage to the environment.

ISO 45001 is an International Standard that specifies requirements for an Occupational Health and Safety Management System with guidelines for its use, proactively improving OSH performance in injury and illness prevention. For this reason, Paenal have standardizing and integrating regulatory requirements ISO into himself system management of the organization and much more.
