Jamba - The Biggest heavy Lift Crane in Angola Certificated

By continuing with the strategic development program to respond to international quality requirements and maintain the credibility gained in the market, the first jewel of the Paenal shipyard achieves the certification it deserves once again.

Jamba, the largest heavy crane in Angola and the largest in Africa by 2021. Installed in 2013 with the capacity to support 2500 Tons within a radius of 36m and lift up to 74m in height. It is currently an HLC indicated or used to integrate modules for FPSOs and other activities that require lifting with a high level of safety and stability.

Its certification was awarded by the recognized company Bureau Veritas. This recognition enhances and strengthens Paenal’s application in handling and precautionary and safe maintenance in all projects and procedures carried out. All this with the aim of maintaining the quality and high level of efficiency of our shipyard.
