Health

One of the principles rooted in our day-to-day activities and embedded daily in all visitors to the shipyard are the shipyard’s safety procedures and the medical support structures (health center) which we have on standby for any eventuality. Because the health or well-being of workers is of fundamental value to the natural gas and oil industry.

At Paenal, all employees are committed to protecting the environment, health and safety of everyone who visits our shipyard. They work tirelessly to improve security practices through ongoing research, standards development, training, information sharing, and advocacy.

Currently, we can say that it is an increasingly safe industry to work in, despite a work environment that often involves heavy equipment, hazardous materials, high temperatures and high pressure equipment.

Currently, PAENAL has a consecutive milestone for many years of ZERO LTI, which translates into success in strict compliance and in the quality with which we execute all projects without incident, based on our principles and regulations of safety in the environment of work. Which we can represent in some Golden rules:

Environment

PAENAL is continuously improving its processes in order to minimize the volume of pollution and waste, as well as reduce any potential negative impacts on the environment.

Quality

One of the differentials followed by Paenal since its creation, is the overcoming of its capacities and the continuous improvement of its specializations in all projects and services in order to present the highest level of quality. Thanks to this work methodology, we have the desired ISO 9001:2022 certification.

ISO 45001 is an International Standard that specifies requirements for an Occupational Health and Safety Management System with guidelines for its use, proactively improving OSH performance in injury and illness prevention. For this reason, Paenal have standardizing and integrating regulatory requirements ISO into himself system management of the organization and much more.
