Once again, Energy Year launches its annual book on the national oil and gas industry, highlighting Angola’s first positive results on its journey to revert the decline in oil production, given that negotiation activities, Bidding rounds and global investment have seen explosive growth over the last year – bringing Angola back to the forefront of oil production in Africa.

In this 2023 edition of the book, we also have the participation of the Director General of Paenal, Luís Miguel E. Barroso, exposing his strategic vision for the company in relation to the changing events in the market.

Paenal – Porto Amboim Estaleiro Naval, Lda invited and being a major converter player in the national industry was present at the event in order to praise the ceremony and the major changes that all organizations present at the event contributed to this development of the Oil and Gas industry.
